Biography for

Chuck Knapper

After graduation from high school, Chuck worked in a gas station, machine shop, and then was drafted into the Army in 1964 for two years, spending one year in Viet Nam.

After leaving the Army in 1966, he attended Case Western Reserve Police Academy and was employed by the Broadview Heights Police Department. Chuck was married in 1967, had one child, and then was divorced in 1973. He remarried in 1985, gaining two more children. Having served 25 years in the police department, he retired in 1992 and began work for an engineering company. Chuck currently works for a city engineer as a residential inspector.
