Biography for

Alec Morrison

Alec attended General Motors Institute, Co-Operative Engineering from 1961-1965, receiving a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from them. He worked for the Chevrolet Division of General Motors Corporation from 1965-1969 while studying at Case Western University, receiving his Master of Science degree in Engineering Administration in 1969.  Next he worked for the Computer Advisors Mgt. Division of Statistical Tabulating Corp. for one year; then IBM Corp. in sales for 3 years; the Electron/Magna-guide Corp. for 3 years; A.T. Kearney: Management Consultants for 32 years; and Vantage Point Performance, LLC from 2008 to the present as well as serving as an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University from 2005 to the present.

He has been married to his wife, Sandy, for 45 years.  They have three sons, three granddaughters, and one great granddaughter.

Alec serves as the Board President of Medina County Caregivers and is Chair of the Case Advisory Board. He was named Case Western Reserve University Alumnus of the Year in 2003. He enjoys scuba diving and has gone on a tented safari in Africa. He and Sandy have traveled to almost every state in the U.S., and they have traveled to Africa, Australia, Canada, Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Panama Canal, SE Asia, and South America.
